The Girl Knight-part 1

Yah I know it's Thursday but I'm gonna start anyways.

I.
The Story Begins...
Once upon a time, in the kingdom of Evergreen, there lived a young peasant girl named Sasha. Sasha lived with her mother Clarice on a small farm on the outskirts of the capital city, Jeodan.  Sasha helped her mother with their farm everyday. She weeded, she watered, she sowed, she harvested. Sometimes, she went to school. As you might expect from a girl of 12, Sasha was not happy with her peasant life. She wished for something less predictable. Something more...adventurous.
On May 19th, 1451, in Evergreen, on a planet far from earth, Sasha and Clarice drove their carriage into the city of Jeodan. May 19th was Princess Abigail’s birthday. Today she was turning 14. King Bryan was having a big celebration in the city. There was to be   parade, and many performances.  Sasha had never seen a parade before. She was so excited!  “Mother, this is so amazing!” said Sasha, as the floats rolled by. “You’ll find the fireworks so much better,” replied Clarice.

Later that day, Sasha and her friends went to the fireworks.  “This is amazing!” cried Sasha. Her friends laughed. “This is nothing,” said her friend Megan. “You should see it at New Year,” said Anna. “Or All Hallow’s Eve,” agreed Gina. Sasha was disappointed.  She had really thought that these fireworks were the best. Sasha never got to see the New Year’s fireworks or All Hallow’s Eve fireworks. She was always too busy in the day, helping her mother with the farm, to go out at night. Sasha knew she was lucky to be out tonight. Tomorrow was going to be another very busy day.
